Astro Haven 16' (4.88m) Dome

The AHE 16-foot model will accommodate multiple piers and optical equipment
beyond 20" in diameter or any number of observers. It can be ordered with an access door in the base or may be mounted on a structure and accessed from below. There are a number of other options available such as a backup manual crank
and integrated desk.

The dome ships in 12 pieces that are easily assembled in a day. Installation is trivial requiring a few bolts through bottom flange shown in the footprint. The dome weighs about 2000 Ib. and ships on a pair of skids that each weighs about 700 Ib. The skids each are 168"x 90"x 72" (I,w,h) and may be ordered meeting ISPM 15 for international destinations.
